Routine maintenance

Give us enough detail to help.

Your apartment

Your name, building address and apartment number, plus a contact method where you can be reached about the request.

The issue

What is happening, when you first noticed it and which room, fixture or shared area is affected. A clear photo can help when it is safe to take one.

Access and follow-up

Tell us the best time to discuss access. Share entry codes or other sensitive access information only through the arrangements provided for your property.

Immediate danger

Use the right emergency contact.

For an immediate threat to life or safety, call 911. For an urgent property issue, use the emergency contact and instructions supplied for your building. Email is for routine requests and should not replace an emergency call.

If you are unsure whether Camino manages your building, contact the owner or manager named in your tenancy information.
