Maintenance follow-through
Organize incoming requests, coordinate approved vendors and access appointments, follow up on missed visits, and collect completion information.
For existing property managers
Camino offers a managed operating desk for San Diego apartment portfolios. We handle agreed maintenance and leasing administration within your operating process, while your firm retains its owner contracts, local coverage and decision-making authority.
Discuss operating support
A delivered service
Start with a defined set of work and the systems your team already uses. We agree supported access, responsibilities, coverage and reporting before beginning. The service is the administration and follow-through itself, rather than a requirement to buy or migrate software.
Organize incoming requests, coordinate approved vendors and access appointments, follow up on missed visits, and collect completion information.
Coordinate approved inquiry routing, showing schedules, application-document follow-up and renewal tracking under your designated qualified leasing party.
Check invoices against approved work and pass them to your team for payment. Your firm or the owner retains control of funds and disbursements.
Report outstanding work, the person responsible for the next step and issues requiring your decision, on the review schedule agreed for the portfolio.
Your relationships stay yours
Your firm retains owner contracts, brand, fee arrangements, final decisions and qualified leasing authority. Your local team supplies property visits, showings, access and urgent field response. Camino carries out only the administrative and coordination tasks agreed for its actual roles. Access, handling of private records and escalation instructions are established before service begins.
A different path from a referral
An operating desk is a service your firm purchases for accounts it keeps. A building referral is a separate introduction to an owner who may choose Camino directly. We discuss the appropriate arrangement for each property; the same units do not receive both operating-desk terms and a referral payout.
